Our Private Yoga Class allows you to get a more personalized experience, taking your yoga practice to a deeper level. You can book a private class either as an individual or with your own small group (maximum 6 people). Private yoga class is designed specifically for you, taking into consideration your body type, fitness level, stress level, and your personal health goals. It is the most effective and the fastest way to reach your goals.

Classes can take place in your hotel, home or other location (please prepare your own yoga mat). Our private yoga classes are designed for people who want to practice at their own pace in a private setting. It's also a perfect solution for everyone who has a busy or irregular work schedule that makes it difficult to attend regular group classes.

Why do we need water

Are you drinking the amount of water you should drink every day? Water makes up 50 to 70 per cent of an adult's total body weight. Water's essential for the body's growth and maintenance, it helps get rid of waste and regulates temperature, and it provides a medium for biological reactions to occur in the body. Water's lost from the body through urine and sweat must be replaced through the diet. If you don't consume enough you can become dehydrated, causing symptoms such as headaches, tiredness and loss of concentration. Jump Start Your Day: Energize with Yoga

Studies show that some yoga poses reduce fatigue and adjust the hormone cortisol, too little of which can zap your energy. "This sequence engages your core and energizes your system from the inside out," says Women's Health yoga expert Tara Stiles. The poses also require balance, which sharpens your focus, as well as lots of deep breaths, which increase your oxygen intake to help you feel more alert.

Do each of these moves in order, holding the poses for 10 deep breaths. Repeat the sequence on the other side, and continue alternating until you've done the routine three times on each side.

Every Yogi must watch this..The Fuzz between Muscle Tissue and Fascia

“The fuzz” are strands of cobweb-like connective tissue that develop between the muscles and between muscle groups when we fail to move our bodies around in all the magnificent ways it can move. These strands of connective tissue multiply and bind together during long periods of inactivity (like when we sleep). As time passes the fascia thickens and hardens between those once juicy, smooth and slippery surfaces rendering them less and less able to slide and glide past one another. As the individual muscles lose their ability to move freely and independently of other muscles our movements become less multidimensional and refined. We call this ‘stiff’.
