VISION PiLATES Studio was officially launched in September 9, 2009. Their goal is to guide students to greater self-awareness, focus, and health through our full spectrum of Pilates, Gyrotonic® and Yoga programmes. VISION PiLATES mission are to honour and embrace each student’s search for personal growth, wellbeing, and fulfillment by offering the highest quality programmes to people of all ages and from all walks of life. They are doing this with love, compassion, a sense of adventure and a reverence for what each. They hope to create a welcome home feeling when you reach our studio that enable you to relax your mind and body while attending your classes.

Early this morning I brought Elaine to this Bicycle shop, shopping for her indoor cycling shoe. We took a cab, cost us RM16, reached there bit early, shop not open yet so we went for breakfast around that area. Dim Sum for breakfast at Restoran Key Hiong. This post is actually information for all my indoor cycling members, there are a few bicycle shop that you can get your cycling shoes, all friendly service and proffessional.
